Accommodation
Shiramine has several accommodations available to suit various budgets and needs. As prices change by season and number of people, prices listed are an approximate only. Most can be booked online using Japanese booking sites. If you need help booking accommodation, or confirming prices, feel free to contact us using the contact form here.
Most accommodations do not have English-speaking staff, however will do their best to assist you. We recommend using Google Translate or other similar translation services as needed.
Hakusan Shiramine Highlander's Retreat
Two fully refurbished traditional houses offer a peaceful stay in Shiramine, with luxury and privacy. You Ridge offers a restaurant on the first floor, and two private rooms on the second floor, with semi double beds, large private bathrooms, and spaces for relaxation. Sennyomo Ridge offers a whole house that can booked for groups, or a truly luxurious time alone. Located on the terraces of the historical area, you can enjoy views of nature and Shiramine's quaint villagescape from the window, while enjoying the traditional architecture of the building.
Prices start from approximately 14,300 yen per person per night (for groups of 4), with meal plans available for an extra fee.

ENNU Shiramine
Relax in private cottages offering gorgeous views of Mt. Hakusan. Accomodation includes a Japanese-style breakfast featuring locally-made specialties such as hard tofu, and traditional wild vegetables picked from the surrounding mountains.
The beautiful natural scenery and fresh mountain air will ensure a leisurely and pleasant stay.

Cottages start from approximately 88,000 yen for 2 guests, per night, including breakfast, with an additional 22,000 yen per extra guest (up to 4 guests). Half-cottages are approximately 55,000 yen for 2 guests.
Dinner must be booked with your accomodation (from 27,500 yen/person).

Hakusan-en
A traditional inn located in the heart of Shiramine, with two resident cats to welcome you inside. You can enjoy a natural hot spring bath, and fantastic traditional food utilizing local ingredients. Rooms are all Japanese-Style (tatami floor with futon), and are available from one person up to four people per room. Dog-friendly rooms are also available, and free pick-up can be arranged from Kanazawa Station or other nearby stations for groups.
Prices start from approximately 14,000 yen per person per night, including breakfast and dinner.

Senno
A traditional Shiramine-style house over 100 years old, renovated to accommodate groups of up to 10 people. Enjoy the old architecture with fresh modern amenities. The house consists of one double bed and twin beds, with futons available to accommodate additional people. House consists of a private toilet and bathroom, and kitchen with cooking facilities.
Prices start from approximately 15,000 yen per person*, or 13,000 yen per person for groups of four or more. Breakfast and dinner can be included for an additional cost. Toddler and child prices also available.

Harukaze Ryokan
A small traditional-style Japanese Inn with a natural hot spring and 7 Japanese-Style (tatami floor with futon) guest rooms. The largest room can fit up to 10 people. The delicious hand-made meals utilize the freshest of local ingredients.
Prices start from approximately 9,600 yen including breakfast and dinner.

Nagai Ryokan
An historic inn at the foot of Mt. Hakusan that only opens from Spring to Autumn. The natural hot spring and wooden bath are beloved by many hikers of Mt. Hakusan. Enjoy a truly rustic stay surrounded by nature, and enjoy food made from natural wild ingredients. This inn is also ideal if you plan to hike Mt. Hakusan.
